+ What are the working hours of Rouhi Karimkhan (Dine-in & Takeaway)?
Friend, our house doors are open to you in two shifts: Lunch from 12 PM to 4:30 PM and Dinner from 7:30 PM to 10:30 PM. But if you have a takeaway order, our stove is on continuously from 12 PM to 11:45 PM, ready to deliver.

Right under Karimkhan Bridge, Northeast side of Haft-e Tir Square, beginning of Iranshahr Street, No. 152. You'll find our sign next to the bookstores.

Rouhi Restaurant branches have a cool rule: Using forks is forbidden! Food is served in Rouhi dishes, and you must eat with a spoon, bread, and love. This way, the flavor sinks deeper into your soul. (Don't worry, you can wash your hands!).
+ What are the reservation conditions for birthdays and gatherings?
Since our space is cozy and limited (about 60 people), we suggest you coordinate with our contact center number before coming so we don't get embarrassed and can reserve the best table for you.
+ How long does delivery take?
Usually between 45 to 70 minutes. You know the Karimkhan and Haft-e Tir traffic yourself; sometimes it might go up or down a bit. But we promise to wrap the food so it arrives warm and fresh
+ Do takeaway orders come in Rouhi dishes too?
Rouhi dishes are specific to the restaurant atmosphere. But for friends at home or work, we send the food in chic, sturdy packaging (with Rouhi design) that keeps the food healthy and conveys our vibe.
+ How do we know the food contents and sides?
In the online menu, we've written the ingredients for each dish. For delivery orders, we will include spoons and forks (yes, we give forks here!) and sides (Yogurt, Pickles, etc.) only if you tick and order them in the pack.
+ Do you have vegetarian food in Karimkhan?
Yes, dear heart! In the "Rouhi Sabz" section of our menu, we have dishes like Vegetarian Kufteh, Kashk Bademjan, Vegan Gheimeh, and Ghormeh that even kebab-lovers adore. So come with peace of mind.

  1. سلام و وقت بخیر ما برای شرکت چندین بار غذا سفارش دادیم و هر بار غذا سرد تحویل شده است تلفنی هم گفته شده ولی هر بار تکرار می‌شود. تایمی که اعلام می شود و وقتی غذا آورده می شود سرد سرد بوده و مجدد باید خودمان داغ کنیم و این واقعا اتفاق قشنگی نیست. خواهشمند است رسیدگی شود.
