Loghmeh-ye Jujeh

You don’t always need to eat Joojeh Kebab with rice. Sometimes the real joy is wrapping it in soft, warm bread to make a perfect bite! We took a full 180g skewer of our juicy saffron chicken and placed it inside fresh Bolki bread. Alongside it, we added fresh tomato, crispy pickles, and a handful of aromatic basil so nothing is missing. A simple and authentic sandwich where each bite delivers the flavor of the kebab, the aroma of fresh herbs, and the softness of the bread. A complete, hassle-free meal for any time of the day.
