Darakeh Sharbat

We've brought the pleasant memory of a day of hiking in Darakeh and the craving for lavashak and plums in the coolness of the mountains into a glass of sharbat. 'Darakeh Sharbat' is a special creation of our spot and a real feast for lovers of sour tastes. We've combined tamarind extract with raspberry marmalade and pieces of lavashak, and with northern 'dalar', we've given it a salty and herbal complexity. The result is a multi-layered, sweet-and-sour, and incredibly refreshing sharbat that, with every sip, takes you on a stroll through the garden alleys of Darakeh.
