Here’s our plant-based version of the king of dishes: the familiar masterpiece—a 400g mountain of 100% Iranian saffron rice, decorated with ruby-red barberries and slivers of almond. To accompany this delight, we partnered again with our friends at Mamsan, selecting a flavorful vegan fillet that doesn’t compromise on the original taste.
